Clinical Supervision

My approach to supervision is informed by experience across restorative justice, inpatient, outpatient, and frontline professional settings. I have served as a restorative justice coordinator for an entire school district, worked with children impacted by trafficking, supported frontline professionals through the State Surgeon’s Office, and provided clinical leadership as a lead therapist. Throughout my career, I have worked with children and adults, families and couples, trauma survivors, frontline professionals, LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities, and individuals navigating complex mental health concerns. My holistic approach integrates EMDR, DBT, CBT, somatic practices, mindfulness, and ecotherapy; I am currently also pursuing certification in trauma-informed yoga. Grounded in the Ubuntu principle of “I am because we are,” supervision with me focuses on strengthening your clinical judgment and professional identity while helping you to create a sustainable balance between caring for the clients you serve and caring for yourself.
